Therapy to understand what’s keeping you stuck and find a way forward

Individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, low mood and the patterns that can make life feel harder than it needs to.

Starting Point

It can be difficult to know where to start when life feels overwhelming. We don't require a diagnosis to begin. Together, we can explore the patterns of worry, overthinking, and avoidance that are keeping you stuck, creating a safe space to find your way forward.

How I can help

Therapy is a collaborative process. We work together to understand the patterns keeping you stuck and find a way forward without requiring a diagnosis.

Anxiety

We explore the thoughts and feelings that keep you in a state of constant worry and overthinking.

Phobias

Working through the fears and the avoidance that can make everyday life feel much harder.

Low Mood

Understanding the patterns of avoidance and the physical sensations that accompany depression.

Perfectionism

Understanding the internal pressure and the patterns that make it difficult to be okay with yourself.

Panic

Identifying the triggers and the physical sensations that make panic attacks feel so overwhelming.

Self-Esteem

Building a foundation of self-worth and understanding the patterns that keep you feeling small.

I am a therapist based in the UK with a deep-rooted perspective shaped by my lived experiences in India and the UK. My practice is built on the belief that therapy is a collaborative journey, not a clinical diagnosis. I offer a warm, human, and professional approach, welcoming clients from all backgrounds and identities. I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil, ensuring that our conversations are accessible and comfortable for you.

Who I Am

My approach to therapy

Evidence-based CBT, shaped around the person rather than reduced to a diagnosis.

Understanding the problem

We work together to identify the specific thoughts and behaviours that are keeping you stuck, focusing on the root causes rather than the symptoms.

Trying something different

CBT is about practical change. We explore behavioural experiments and cognitive work to find new, effective ways of coping with your challenges.

Building on what works

We don't just focus on the present. We build relapse prevention plans and identify the patterns that might be making life harder than it needs to.

Therapy that makes room for your whole experience

Culturally responsive therapy that honors your identity, expectations, and lived experience.
